Description
We want a passionate Digital Content and Outreach Coordinator to amplify our brand’s voice online. You’ll create engaging content, drive strategic campaigns, and expand our digital footprint. This role involves translating complex information into compelling narratives, updating marketing materials, and ensuring a positive customer experience, particularly in vulnerable populations. Draw upon a library of content addressing program oversight to create informative messages. Job Duties:
- Execute B2G marketing campaigns for grant monitoring based on a well-defined vision.
- Support the expansion of marketing lists to include prequalified prospects utilizing Zoho.
- Develop content and deploy over multiple social media platforms to segmented audiences.
- Write, edit, and optimize content for various channels, including websites, blog, social media, email, and marketing/sales collateral.
- Transform technical marketing content and concepts from a library of complex content into engaging formats, such as white papers, webinars, and blog posts.
- Regularly update and proofread our website based on a Wix-based platform.
- Support content development and deployment of the YouTube channel. Coordinate with our Subject Matter Experts with content and materials.
- Identify conferences and speaking engagements for CEOs or SMEs for target audiences.
- Other marketing activities as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Writing samples will be required.
- A solid marketing background and understanding of messaging, segmentation, customer journey, branding, and the role of digital media is required.
- Basic design skills and familiarity with design principles. A basic understanding of classical design principles involving balance, white space, fonts, visual hierarchy, use of bold photography, and complimentary colors while adhering to company branding guidelines
- Ability to execute swiftly and prioritize swiftly and independently with sound judgment.
- Impeccable writing skills and the ability to produce precise, coherent, accurate, and sophisticated content without grammatical, spelling, or typographical errors.
- Ability to condense or expand content as necessary.
- A laser focus on details and the ability to differentiate between professional and amateur presentations.
- Knowledge and aptitude in employing social media software tools.
- Ability to produce publication-ready materials based on existing content in formats such as PowerPoint, blog posts, Facebook posts, white papers, PDFs, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
- Integrity, diligence, and time-management skills.
- Video editing skills and knowledge of Zoho Social are desired.
- Knowledge of techniques and software to sequentially deploy content desired.
