Description

 Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator supports the company’s marketing and sales initiatives by managing internal communications, coordinating printed materials, developing engaging content, and overseeing key digital platforms. This position requires a detail-oriented and creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about brand storytelling, internal engagement, and external marketing efforts.


Job Responsibilities:


Marketing & Communications Support

· Assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.

· Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of printed marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

· Manage content for blogs, social media, internal newsletters, and other marketing channels.

· Support the research, writing, and submission process for industry awards, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.

Digital & Web Support

· Maintain and update content on the company website and intranet to enhance external engagement and timely content publication.

Sales & Marketing Coordination

· Provide marketing support for the sales team, including creating presentations, sales collateral, and promotional materials.

· Assist in coordinating external gifting programs, ensuring thoughtful and strategic execution to strengthen client and partner relationships.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

· Experience in marketing, communications, or sales support is a plus.


Key Competencies:

· Strong content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· Proficiency in digital platforms, including website management and social media.

· A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.


Environmental Conditions and Physical Demands:

Employee required to spend a portion of time in a seated position looking at a computer screen. Employee required to do some standing and walking. Employee will be in a well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
