Adventure Tours is currently seeking experienced and professional CDL Class A or B Bus Operators with Passenger Endorsement and Air Brakes to join our Charlotte, NC team.

We have expanded our locations to include Charlotte, NC, Philadelphia, PA, Long Island, NY, and a new location in Richmond, VA. As a Motorcoach Operator at Adventure Tours, you have the potential to earn gratuities, enhancing your overall compensation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a commercial bus and transport passengers according to assigned routes and schedules.
- Coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient pick-up and transfers.
- Maintain accurate motor vehicle logs and documentation as required by DOT and company regulations.
- Regularly inspect assigned equipment and report any repair or maintenance needs.
- Follow traffic regulations and operate the bus in a safe and courteous manner.
- Assist customers during boarding and exiting, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- CDL Class A or B Bus Driver with Passengers Endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a motorcoach or similar vehicle.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Successful completion of mandatory Pre-Employment Drug Testing.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry practices.
- Ability to safely load, transfer, and unload passengers' luggage.
- Neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
