Description

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Junior Strategic Communications Specialist to support organizational change management (OCM) efforts for Enterprise Platform ServiceNow applications and improved business processes. The ideal candidate will assist in documenting change strategies, developing communication plans, and supporting training initiatives to help both technical and functional teams adapt to new workflows and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain experience in enterprise communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of organizational change strategies and track actual changes related to Enterprise Platform implementations.
  • Assist in creating and delivering communication plans to help teams transition to new ServiceNow applications and business processes.
  • Work with government Platform Owners and change managers to facilitate value management discussions, success outcomes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide best practice recommendations to use-case scrum teams (both government and contractor) regarding ServiceNow plug-ins, new features, and   configurations.
  • Help develop training materials and facilitate training sessions to support organizational learning and change adoption.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to promote awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and measuring the effectiveness of communications and training initiatives.



Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in developing communications for enterprise systems or organizational change initiatives.

• 2+ years of experience facilitating training development and delivery.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging.

• Understanding of change management principles and how they apply to IT and business process transformation.


Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen

• Active Secret Clearance

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting government agencies or enterprise IT transformation projects.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow use cases, plug-ins, and platform enhancements.

• Basic knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and success measurement metrics.

• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment.

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Prosci Change Management Certification (preferred but not required).
