Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Business Analyst to support business process and system analysis, design, and improvement efforts for a government client. The ideal candidate will assist in translating business process needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices, out-of-the-box ServiceNow technology, and DLA Digital Business Transformation initiatives. This role requires experience in requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support business process analysis, system design, and process improvement initiatives.
• Work with government functional customers to document requirements as user stories while prioritizing them using Agile methodologies.
• Assist in developing functional and technical documentation to support business and IT transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine workflows, optimize efficiency, and enhance system capabilities.
• Participate in testing, training, and implementation efforts, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials.
Minimum Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile environment, with expertise in requirements development, testing, training, and documentation development.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
Required Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working on ServiceNow digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM frameworks within ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize business workflows and system performance.
• Prior experience supporting government agencies or enterprise-wide IT modernization initiatives.
