Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic oversight and leadership across multiple Enterprise Platform projects supporting a government client. The Program Manager will work closely with the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, and senior government stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technical solutions and project schedules. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong program management background to oversee task order execution, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Enterprise Platform projects across task orders.
- Provide programmatic oversight, ensuring that project milestones, deliverables, and schedules align with contractual requirements.
- Support the Government Program Manager, COR, and Task Order Managers in tracking project progress and addressing risks or challenges.
- Work with task order Project Managers to ensure status updates, milestone tracking, and reporting are consistently maintained.
- Brief Enterprise Platform Program Manager, J6 leadership, and other government stakeholders on project status, risks, and resolutions.
- Oversee the coordination and integration of multiple projects to ensure successful execution across the program.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, Agile methodologies, and best practices for program management.
Required Qualifications:
• U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.
Minimum Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience leading teams in complex IT or enterprise platform projects.
• 8+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Strong ability to communicate with senior government leadership and multiple project teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing large-scale government contracts and enterprise platform programs.
• Expertise in Agile, SAFe frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prior experience working with J6 leadership or similar government organizations.
• Strong background in risk management, contract execution, and stakeholder engagement.
