Description

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer III to support program design, workflow configuration, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation for ServiceNow applications and related integrations. The selected candidate will assist in analyzing, updating, and expanding existing applications based on business and functional requirements. This role requires foundational knowledge of software development, ServiceNow configurations, and API integrations, with guidance from Engineers, Technical Architects, and Designers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications.

• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications and related integrations.

• Support workflow design and configuration to enhance business processes and automation.

• Update, modify, and expand existing capabilities and applications.

• Work with Engineers, Architects, and Developers to configure ServiceNow capabilities according to specifications.

• Assist with integration and API development to enhance system interoperability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic software and system issues.


Requirements

 

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software development.

• 1+ year of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Understanding of document signing tools.

• Basic knowledge of Java and scripting languages.

• Familiarity with Integration and API Development concepts.

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.

• 1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications.

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

• CompTIA Security+ certification (Required for IT1 Administrators only).


Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen

• Active Secret Clearance

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM frameworks.

• Basic understanding of ServiceNow plug-ins, workflow automation, and system configurations.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-based integrations.

• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
