Job Purpose
Business development representatives are responsible for expanding a company's customer base. Their goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the sales team.
Essential Duties:
· Inbound conversion processing
· Outbound appointment setting for sales team from inbound conversion
· Qualify Leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
· Management of sales pipeline forecasting to ensure consistent performance each month.
· Assist Sales with funnel management
· Work with 3rd party lead generation providers
· Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for the Sales team
· Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of CallTower’s expansive list of solutions
· Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence
company revenue
· Documents calls and results, and makes reports to management as required.
· Discusses customer needs, problems, or complaints, and arranges for meetings between prospective customers and representatives of various company functional areas
· Compiles and analyzes statistics pertinent to the company's business development program and makes recommendations or
suggestions as appropriate.
· Other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, related field strongly preferred or six years of equivalent, relevant experience
· Two years of experience
· Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
· Exception written and verbal communication skills
· Strong time management and organization skills
· Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Proficient in Salesforce.com
· Knowledge of marketing automation tools
· Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
· Self-motivated
