O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Digital Services Support Specialist to work Monday-Friday at our Administration Office. This position is responsible for optimizing and enhancing digital platforms that support the credit union in the pursuit of world class Member service through digital delivery channels and an excellent internal user experience for our Team Members. This role focuses on the administration, maintenance, and strategic improvement of key business systems ensuring operational efficiency and seamless functionality across platforms. This position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure systems are properly configured, maintained, analyzed and leveraged to enhance Member and Team Member experience.
This role will complement the responsibilities of our IT team who focus on infrastructure, APIs, core and network management, and cybersecurity. Leveraging this structural foundation built by the IT team, this role will optimize our technologies for operational success through data-driven insights, process improvement, and experience enhancement to support long-term Member and Team Member service strategies and enhance overall efficiency.

Desired Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred.
- Three years’ experience in a financial service setting.
- Two years’ demonstrated experience in computer operations, software expertise and troubleshooting.
- Ability to firmly understand commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology platforms.
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check.

- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to collaborate proactively with team members from across the credit union
- Effective organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
- Effectively sets priorities, allocates resources, takes accountability, and achieves results.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products. (Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
