Empire Technological Group DBA Aruze gaming Global is looking to add a Manufacturing Mechanical Engineer to our team!

Responsibilities:
- Design and Development Assist and Support Aruze Procurement and Manufacturing with new product design, support, and testing in New Product Introduction/Stage Gate process. Conceive, design, develop, and test innovative solutions based on analysis and organizational objectives
- Problem Solving Identify and solve engineering problems, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of processes, systems, or products. Evaluate new and existing processes, equipment, and materials as an input for scheduling methods, performance metrics, and financial standards
- Testing and Evaluation Conduct tests and evaluations to ensure that designs meet specific requirements and perform as intended.
- Collaboration Work within cross functional teams and collaborate with Development engineer, Suppliers, etc to achieve our corporate goals. Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering innovative solutions while adhering to local and national regulations
- Technical Support Provide technical support to other engineers and customers.
- Drive New Product Introduction for Procurement and Manufacturing
- Research and test design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation, corrective actions, and improvements
- Design and develop robust manufacturing concepts to simplify and improve processes and ensure best practices
- Create and maintain required documentation for manufacturing processes, including flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis, and line balancing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights and direction
- Other duties as requested and /or assigned.
Skills / Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Must have Solid works experience including surfaces, sheet metal and injection molded component/assembly development.
- Creating BOM’s, detailed component and assembly drawings
- Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process flow and implementation
- Basic understanding of electro-mechanical engineering
- Five or more years of experience in engineering
- Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with other engineers, customers, and businesses.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and Lean Sigma methods
- Hands-on experience building small prototypes
- Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time studies, and process balancing
- Ability to collaborate with development Engineering, Project Managers, Manufacturing Leads, Customers, and Functional Leads
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
