Loch Harbour Group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer II to support the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and related integrations. The selected candidate will be responsible for program design, workflow configuration, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation, ensuring applications align with business and functional requirements. This role requires technical knowledge of application development, integrations, and system enhancements while collaborating with Engineers, Architects, and Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications based on design specifications.

• Perform software development, testing, debugging, and documentation to support new and existing applications.

• Understand business and functional requirements to implement technical solutions efficiently.

• Assist in workflow design, application configuration, and customization within the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and enhance integrations and APIs to support system interoperability.

• Work with document signing tools to support business process automation.

• Troubleshoot, update, modify, and expand existing applications and capabilities.

• Collaborate with technical architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure best practices and efficiency.

 Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software development.

• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.

• Understanding of document signing tools.

• Proficiency in Java and familiarity with scripting languages.

• Basic experience with Integration and API Development.

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.

• 1+ ServiceNow Implementation Specialist and/or Application Developer Certifications.

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

• CompTIA Security+ certification (Required for IT1 Administrators only).

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen

• Active Secret Clearance

• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or ITBM implementations.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow plug-ins, configurations, and automation tools.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and cloud-based integrations.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices.
