Loch Harbour Group is seeking a ServiceNow Software Architect to lead the design and development of new capabilities and major enhancements for a government client. The ideal candidate will provide architectural, interoperability, and product fit assessments to ensure system compatibility and best practices across multiple use cases. This role requires collaboration with task order architects, developers, and government stakeholders to drive integration and platform efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop new capabilities or enhance existing ServiceNow software solutions.
• Provide architectural recommendations for project-specific use cases and overall platform strategy.
• Ensure system integration and compatibility across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with platform architects, application developers, and government customers to implement best practices.
• Oversee project completion and ensure solutions align with business and mission objectives.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and provide implementation strategies for future projects.
Minimum Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification.
• ITIL Certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 2+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations for government clients.
• Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, and best practices.
• Prior experience working in Agile and SAFe development environments.
