Description

Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow capabilities for a government client. The ideal candidate will oversee architecture, interoperability, and product fit assessments for task order projects, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms. This role requires strong collaboration with architects, developers, and government stakeholders to implement best practices and ensure successful project completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the design and development of new ServiceNow capabilities or major enhancements.
  • Provide architectural and interoperability recommendations for project-specific and global platform use cases.
  • Ensure systems integration and compatibility across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with platform architects, application developers, and government customers to align best practices with project objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and provide strategic implementation recommendations for future projects.
  • Oversee risk management, stakeholder communication, and compliance with government requirements.
Requirements

 Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or leading ServiceNow implementations.
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification.
  • ITIL Certification (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) OR Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD).

  

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a DoD clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale ServiceNow projects for government clients.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and government stakeholders.
