POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Assisant, who will play a vital role in providing top-tier service and support to our valued customers.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• · Phone-Based Customer Support: Providing friendly and professional customer support via phone calls.  Addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and assisting in the repair of tools. 
• · Computer Knowledge: Using computer systems and software to access customer information, troubleshoot technical problems, and document interactions.
• · Mechanical Skills: Understanding basic mechanical knowledge to assist customers with product-related inquiries and troubleshooting.  This may include guiding customers through simple repairs or maintenance tasks.
• Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the HVAC/R industries. 
• · Assist with finding new service center support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
•  Strong technical and customer service skills
•  Knowledge of computer systems and software
•  Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of machinery. 
•  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
•  Bilingual and ability to speak Spanish a plus.
