Description
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Strategic Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on providing organizational change management support by documenting change strategies and actual changes. The ideal candidate will develop plans and communications that assist both technical and functional teams in adapting to new ways of working with Enterprise Platform ServiceNow applications and enhancing business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document organizational change strategies and actual changes.
- Develop and implement communication plans to facilitate transitions to new processes.
- Collaborate with the government Platform Owner to introduce new ideas, processes, and solutions.
- Work alongside other change managers to promote value management and identify success outcomes.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement metrics for applicable use cases.
- Provide best practices information to use-case scrum teams, both government and contractor, related to configuration of new ServiceNow plug-ins and features.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing communication strategies
- 5+ years of experience with learning strategies and tools
