We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new capabilities or major enhancements to existing software systems. This role involves providing architectural recommendations and assessments to ensure product fit for various task order projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new software capabilities and enhancements to existing systems.
• Provide architectural, interoperability, and product fit assessment recommendations for specific use-cases and global platforms.
• Address systems integration challenges, compatibility issues, and support multiple platform environments.
• Collaborate with platform and task order level architects, application developers, and government customers to deliver best practice recommendations.
• Ensure project completion by managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
• Conduct feasibility analyses and recommend implementation strategies for potential future projects to management.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• 2+ years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD)

 Required: 

• Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or ServiceNow Certified Master Architect
• ITIL certification
• ICAgile Certified or Certified Scrum Master certification
