We are currently seeking a full-time Inventory Supervisor in our West Jordan, UT location!


The Inventory Supervisor is to direct and delegate daily workloads and projects to the Inventory team under the supervision of the Receiving & Inventory Manager. This includes tasking team members and prioritizing daily workload, new hire training, and ensuring all team members adhere to department processes and procedures to achieve accurate programming order fulfillment, goods movements, cycle counts, change of stock, etc. in addition to meeting assigned KPI goals. The Inventory Supervisor reports to the Receiving & Inventory Manager.  


Duties Include:

  • Direct and delegate daily workloads and projects to the Inventory team.
  • Prioritize team workload between KPI cycle counts, department projects, and resolving inventory stock issues.
  • Ensure team adherence to department SOPs and processes.
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager on implementing department KPIs and goals.
  • Investigate inventory issues through SAP and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage and update the team's Monday boards and train team members on their use.
  • Dispatch daily tasks and maintain accountability within the team.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department's workspace.
  • Create, manage, and submit daily and weekly department reports.
  • Train new hires and current employees on department processes and best practices.
  • Report training issues or feedback to the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English. Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable.
  • Solid deduction and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team and on their own.
  • Experience working within a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift experience.
  • Experience with inventory software.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with SAP and Monday.com.
  • Able to consistently lift up-to 50 lbs.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
