Dyne Fire Protection Labs is an independent testing laboratory with 25 years of experience providing quick, reliable, and independent analysis of fire sprinklers, firefighting foams, antifreeze solutions, and dry chemical agents to help building owners and/or their designated representatives fulfill various laboratory requirements in inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) standards. It is known for its in-depth technical competence, outstanding customer service and extremely fast delivery of test results.
Dyne Fire Protection Labs is seeking a Sales Account Manager to be responsible for national sales of the Dyne Fire Protection Labs service portfolio.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate and mine relationships that will help us sell and cross-sell our services to new and existing customers. Including the following types of interactions:
- Face to face meetings: Meet with top customers and potential customers.
- Sales calls: Calling customers at risk of going inactive and follow up on leads
- Presentations: customer, association and fire marshal presentations.
- Attendance at various tradeshows.
- Tracks and monitors account performance, profit center gross revenue, and maintain critical reporting excellence.
- Direct and manage overall business development and sales process which includes client and project pursuits, RFPs, proposals, key wins and losses, industry activities and other general BD/marketing/sales responsibilities.
- Understands Dyne Fire Protection Labs services and able to discuss and negotiate service proposals and win work.
- Sell Dyne Fire Protection Labs services within assigned vertical, account and territory through effective client research, prospecting and networking.
- Define and develop territory to increase new and existing sales.
- Spend approximately 50% outside interface with new and existing identified target customers.
- Write and follow up on proposals, specify appropriate standards and pricing.
- Meet all activity targets and log activity in to CRM platform.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience with proven track record in Inspection, Testing & Maintenance field preferred.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
- Proficient in managing multiple concurrent opportunities from inception to close.
- Skilled identifying and opening doors with decision makers.
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions with customers at multiple levels.
- Leverage existing contacts to develop long term customers.
- We are looking for a driven salesperson that is self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial approach to their work.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and superior presentation skills.
- Must be energized and self-motivated and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficient with CRM's, Microsoft Office, Lead Service software and other software.
- Ability to travel 25% of the time in US & Canada.
