ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Description

The Administrative Assistant will organize & coordinate general administrative tasks, as well as support various departments within the company. Duties & responsibilities include staffing the reception desk, greeting visitors, providing general administrative support to our employees and coordinating various office & management administrative support tasks  

  • Serve as the point person for office duties including answering phone, greeting customers, coordinating customer visits & lunches.
  • Maintains office supplies & coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
  • Supports Human Resources documentation tasks.
  • Supports Human Resources with coordinating & posting employee communications via MS Teams & Video Communication Monitors.
  • Manages online recruiting platforms. (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Coordinates employee badging & maintains customer and vendor visit logs.
  • Supports sales & marketing efforts, collaborate with the sales team on marketing materials, web content updates & social media presence.
  • Completes monthly sales reports.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures & systems such as record keeping and filing.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power Apps)
  •  Experience of office machines & being in an administrative assistant role.
  • Attention to details and problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational & planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • College associate degree preferred
Salary Description
Starting at $23/hr
