We are looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Buffer Technician to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. As a Paint Buffer, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of automotive painted surfaces through buffing and polishing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in the automotive industry, and a passion for delivering high-quality work. 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect the painted surface for imperfections, blemishes, and scratches
• Use specialized buffing and polishing tools to remove imperfections and enhance the surface
• Apply the appropriate polishing compound to achieve optimal results
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations when working with automotive paint products
• Keep the work area clean and organized

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive paint buffing
• Knowledge of various polishing compounds and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Current and valid driver's license
