General Summary:

The Production Resource is a key team member who supports various departments as needed to meet production goals. Responsibilities include detailing units, assembling doors, and assisting with foam panel injection. This role requires flexibility, as assignments will shift based on operational demands. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, learns quickly, and works well in a team environment. Depending on company needs, this position may be assigned to a specific department for extended periods.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Learn safety procedures and adheres to them strictly.

- Reach out to safety rep in shop for questions.

- Goes to Safety Supervisor with issues.

· Apply caulking to the interior and exterior of HVAC units. 

· Clean and detail units and doors. 

· Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. 

· Assist with foam panel injection as needed. 

· Support door-related tasks, including cleaning, assembly, and finishing. 

· Follow all quality control procedures to ensure high standards. 

· Participate actively in on-the-job training programs. 

· Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs. 

Physical Requirements:

• Stand continuously, 8+ hours

• Lift from floor to waist occasionally

• Lift from waist to shoulder occasionally

• Lift overhead occasionally

• Lift 0 – 25lbs frequently

• Lift 25 – 50lbs occasionally

• Lift 50 – 75lbs occasionally

• Occasionally required to work in enclosed spaces

• Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with proper safety protection
