Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the human resources team. In this role, you will provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of employee badges, ensuring accurate records and security compliance.
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Employee Learning/training management & oversight
- Certification and licensure management
- Newsletter collaboration and distribution
- Additional projects as assigned
Recruiting: Work with the operations team and practice managers to support them with recruiting efforts.
- Source dental professionals (providers, managers, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff).
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Manage recruitment from job postings through interview
- Keep recruitment records updated and report progress to management
Credentialing:
- Assist the Director of Human Resources with Provider credentialing
- Maintain up-to-date provider credentialing applications
Office Support and Coordination:
Welcoming visitors
Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
Take messages and forward them to the appropriate team members
Field patient calls
Manage daily operations of the support office
