Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our marketing team in a remote capacity. This role will focus on supporting marketing initiatives through data entry and research, maintaining organized records and documents, and managing project data entry tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Research (50%):
- Enter and update data into databases and software systems with precision to support marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research to gather relevant data for marketing initiatives.
- Verify data accuracy and integrity to maintain high-quality records.
- Record Collection and Internal Document Organization (25%):
- Collect, organize, and maintain electronic files for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure all archived reports and marketing collateral are properly categorized and easily accessible.
- Handle confidential information with care and compliance with data protection policies.
- Project Management Data Entry (25%):
- Enter job requests into the system for documentation purposes.
- Update project status to reflect completion and ensure accurate tracking.
- Assist in generating routine reports and support data analysis as required.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Background: Detail-oriented background preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role is beneficial.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Good communication skills.
