Keiser Corporation is seeking a qualified Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager with Keiser Corporation, you’ll have the opportunity to influence our industry in our ever-changing landscape. The hardworking, diverse leaders we seek are responsible for handling an assigned sales territory, seeking $6 million in annual revenue, comprised of approximately 5 distinct markets.


Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to:

  • Handle sales within a given geography
  • Consult, advise, and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business
  • Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning
  • Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics
  • Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences
  • Confidently discuss options and close contracts
  • Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs; identify and suggest products and services that meet those needs
  • Demonstrate the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
  • Provide periodic territory sales forecasts
  • Have a flexible schedule that will allow for necessary travel 
  • Participate in company-led events
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience
  • A current, valid driver's license and clean driving record
  •      Because Driving is required for the position, the hired candidate must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years 
  •      Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will immediately disqualify candidates for this position 
  • Candidates must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen
  • Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities 
  •      Up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds occasionally; up to 50 pounds (seldom)

  • Exempt position; Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000

  • This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary for this position, based on a wide range of factors including market data/ranges, qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law

Salary Description
$60,000 - $200,000
