As a Customer Sales Analyst, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to managing trade budget, analyzing promotions, pricing, and assortment, drive the execution of sales execution operations. The role includes leveraging multiple data sources, the analyst will generate insights to optimize trade spending, improve promotional effectiveness, and enhance category performance. Additionally, the Customer Sales Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making to align duties with the company's goals and values.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Manage trade budget reconciliation, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and optimizing trade spend efficiency.
- Analyze promotions, pricing, and assortment performance to identify opportunities for growth and improved ROI.
- Leverage syndicated data and internal sales reports to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Ensures that data insights are provided in an effective and efficient format for team collaboration and utilization. Plus relevant information to build effective selling stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and streamline sales execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices.
- Customer Management/Customer Account Management: Ability to set-up, implement & monitor profitable short/medium/long term plans in order to create a strategic partnership with our customers
- Sales Reporting: Ability to develop, analyze & interpret relevant data to produce and adapt effective sales reports
- Territory Management: Demonstrated in depth understanding of the factors that influence the customer base in a given territory. Ability to leverage this knowledge to provide the customer with profitable solutions, that reflect the channel and demographics of the territory.
- Analytical Thinking: Analyze rigorously data and situations, to identify and analyze causes/effects and to select only appropriate information use to make effective decisions.
- Future Oriented: Ability to have and show clear ideas about what should happen or be done in the future in a creative and imaginative way.
- Communication: Ability to transmit and receive information clearly and communicate effectively to others by considering their points of view in order to respond appropriately. It includes using tact and diplomacy in all communications as well as the ability to convey ideas and information (adjusting style, tone and level of details), both orally and in writing, in a way that the all stakeholders/audience are engaged.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, and or Finance is preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years in account management, distributor management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company experience is required.
