The Opportunity

The team is staffed with educated professionals that possess deep experience in the industry and believe in the mission. We are committed to providing the best customer experience throughout the sales process and after. The majority of sales are made to elected officials through a combination of in-person meetings, phone calls and industry conferences.

This is relationship selling; the right individual will have strong communication skills and be skilled at building lasting relationships. Catalis has growth potential nationally and successful candidates will have the ability to do 50% travel. 


What you Will do

  • Build strong relationships with government leaders and drive a multi-million-dollar sales pipeline 
  • Close new business 
  • Create delighted and referenceable clients
  • Work independently with a consultative, client centric, solution-oriented selling
  • Coordinate Complex sales
  • Attend industry trade shows and visit prospects in person to build relationships
  • Demonstrate products to potential customers
Requirements

What you Will Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record growing a business and closing new business
  • Knowledge of B2G markets is a plus 
  • Ability to travel
  • Strong Work Ethic 
  • Results-oriented
  • Effortless Teamwork
  • Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional follow-up skills
