Job Title: Recruiter
Overview: We seek an experienced Recruiter with 4 to 5 years of recruiting and sourcing experience. This position is temp-to-hire based on positive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential candidates on various social media platforms and professional networks.
- Craft and send compelling recruiting emails to attract talent.
- Identify and contact passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Dedicate at least 15 hours per week to source new candidates actively.
Requirements
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experienced in healthcare and insurance recruiting is highly preferred
- In-person with a hybrid schedule after training
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, HR databases, and/or Candidate Management Systems is preferred.
- Strong time management skills are essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with adept online etiquette skills, are a must.
