As we continue to drive industry innovation, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Product & Customer Marketing to join our growing team.


Role Overview


Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is critical to accelerating the positive momentum of the broader sales organization while enabling the business as a whole to rapidly grow. This is an analytical, process, strategy and leadership focused sales role that involves reporting on recent results, ensuring current processes are followed, evolving processes as the needs of the business evolve, and coaching / developing Account Executives to ensure that monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved. 


Accountability Key Initiatives

  • Lead, manage & continue to train AE's in value-based sales/buyer process
  • Understand value of Vantaca solutions to prospect problems or opportunities
  • Provide guidance in closing deals
  • Monitor implementation, customer adoption/success

Success Metrics

  • Closed won volume 
  • Percentage of reps at 80% of quota 
  • Close rate = 40% 
  • Cycle times = 60 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and monitor various sources of data and discuss trends from reports with CRO 
  • Constantly work closely with Account Executives to ensure they are following all existing processes as created 
  • Ensure Account Executives are recording all calls, emails, meetings and tasks in our CRM, HubSpot, as laid out in the Sales Playbook and Sales Process 
  • Consider the effectiveness of current processes, improve the processes where needed and effectively introduce the change to the broader sales organization 
  • Work closely with Account Executives to remove blockers / enable them so that as a team we hit our monthly and quarterly targets
  • Think holistically about the biggest blockers that are preventing us from selling more as a company and work with internal stakeholders to remove those blockers  
Requirements
  • This role requires previous experience effectively managing sales teams to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual targets are hit  
  • Comfort working with prospects ranging from $50k in ARR to $300k in ARR 
  • The ability to analyze reports and determine change required based on the results of the reports 
  • The ability to effectively communicate and manage change amongst a team  
  • The work ethic required to accommodate calls / emails at all hours of the night and weekend 
  • The will to do whatever is needed to hit sales targets 
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS (PropTech, Fintech or HOA experience highly desired)
