Your Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our natural products.
• Provide personalized product recommendations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Participate in community outreach and events to promote our brand.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive approach.
• Including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are required.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for natural beauty and wellness products.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
