Hey there, pop star in the making! We're on the hunt for a Production Supervisor to join our “chill” crew at King of Pops. If you're excited about crafting delicious treats, spreading joy, and leading a team of pop-enthusiasts, we want you to join our King of Pops family!
Our Pop-tastic Journey
What started as a single pushcart on an Atlanta street corner in 2010 has blossomed into a beloved Southern tradition. We've expanded our pop empire from Texas to Miami to Washington DC but home will always be in the Peach State. We've embraced franchising to spread the pop love in communities far and wide, sell pops in grocery stores and at music festivals and we even grow our own fruit on our farm. We do all this to push forward our purpose of creating more Unexpected Moments of Happiness through our pops and those who experience them!
What You'll Be Stirring Up:
- Supervising operations at the Frosty Freak Production Co, ensuring smooth production flow and keeping the pop-freezers humming
- Ensuring our pops are as amazing as they can be (think quality, efficiency, safety and smiles)
- Leading a team of 8-12 production members (we call them frosty freaks)
- Collaborating with our Production Manager to hit big time goals
- Keeping an eye out for ways to make our pop-making process even smoother
What We're Looking For:
- A pop passion that rivals our own (if that's even possible)
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 10+ in food production
- Experience or a degree in manufacturing or something similar (bonus points for GMP/HACCP/FISMA certifications)
- Someone who can make quick decisions, faster than our pops melt in the sun
- A knack for time management and hitting those production targets

- Be prepared for some chilly moments in sub-freezing temperatures (but hey, that's where the magic happens)
