Compensation: $220,000 plus performance bonus

Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans for US Hospital Sales team, building long-term relationships with US Hospitals, and managing key distribution partners. Leading a team of sales professionals, this role involves driving revenue generation, fostering customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize opportunities. Key Deliverables:
- Sales and Strategic Management: Develop responsive Hospital sales plans that ensure attainment of a comprehensive long-term sales strategy while keeping profitability that is aligned to global strategy.
- Identify existing and emerging (internal and external) risks and develop appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Drive growth budgets, manage and monitor expenditure and gross margins to meet profit objectives.
- People Management: Create clarity of direction and priorities for your national sales team through communicating expectations, e, demonstrating effective prioritization, agreeing on key performance indicators (KPIs), expected results, and reviewing regularly.
- Relationship Management: Work in conjunction with other members of the organization and global colleagues (internal and external) to develop key relationships.
- Collaborate with key distributor partners to enhance opportunities for success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or combined education and experience equivalent.
- Must have seven (7) + years of experience in sales leadership, rep groups, multichannel environment, and senior team engagement.
- Preferred experience includes minimum three (3) + years Director level or Vice President Sales leadership.
- Preferred knowledge includes Respiratory Device industry and medical distribution.
- High energy, critical thinker who can lead a national sales organization and execute company sales strategy across various channels. Capable of maneuvering throughout an organization to achieve results.
- Experience in the development and execution of strategic business plans.
- Proven record of accomplishment for identifying and building new business.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including presenting to all levels of employees and customers.
- Ability to develop, maintain, and deepen employee, customer, and business stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of the market, industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and go to market strategies.
