Description
Service Advisor (Bilingual Preferred)
As our Service Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in automotive service, combined with your ability to build strong relationships, will be instrumental in providing exceptional service experiences. You’ll be responsible for advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll do as the Service Advisor:
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and explain repair recommendations
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer expectations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service
- Resolve customer complaints and address concerns
- Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification preferred
