The Role:
As General Manager, you will oversee the business, operational, financial, and people management aspects of the restaurant. Some of your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing inventory, vendor relations, and financial reconciliation
- Ensuring building and equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and security
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering community connections
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising team members
- Coaching and developing staff to maximize their potential
- Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality standards
- Managing catering orders, including phone orders, deliveries, and off-site events
What We’re Looking For:
- Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Be passionate about leading and developing people
- Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication and service skills
- Be able to work nights and weekends as needed
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
