JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Corporate Director of Marketing to lead and support the marketing efforts across a group of hotels and F&B outlets. This individual will drive corporate marketing initiatives with a strong emphasis on e-commerce, Google advertising, and other paid digital efforts. Additionally, this role will provide leadership and oversight to on-property marketing teams across the portfolio. Reports to the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Digital Strategy

  
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Property Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of hotels and F&B outlets, with a strong focus on digital and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-property marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, brand standards, and digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers and other key stakeholders to drive revenue through data-informed marketing tactics.

Corporate Initiatives:

  • Lead and execute corporate e-commerce strategies, including website optimization, meta search management, and booking path enhancements.
  • Manage paid digital advertising efforts, with a focus on Google Ads, display, retargeting, and programmatic campaigns across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, ensuring strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance data, producing actionable insights and regular reporting for corporate and property-level stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Management:

  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and results.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate leadership, sales teams, revenue management, and other departments to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing execution.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and development opportunities for marketing staff to enhance skills and performance across properties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Most work is done independently in an office setting, indoors, and in temperature-controlled environment, but there may be times when work may be conducted in temporary conditions different from the above.

Internal: Senior Vice President of Marketing & Digital Strategy, Chief Growth & Strategy Officer, Corporate Director of Marketing, Corporate Director of Digital Marketing, General Managers, Marketing/Social Media Managers, Sales Directors, Front Desk Curators, Executive Chef, Restaurant Managers, Corporate Marketing Team, and Corporate Revenue Management Team

External: Community Partners, Vendor Support Staff, and Vendor Technical Support

   
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of success in multi-property marketing management.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce strategy, digital advertising, and the hospitality booking funnel.
  • Expertise in managing Google Ads, paid media campaigns, and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team across multiple locations.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

1. Remain in stationary position for 4 hours or more at a time.

2. Satisfactorily communicate with external vendors, guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
