Description

We are on Fire! Be part of something special. Ignite Medical Resorts has partnered with Thrive of Lake County and we are hiring! We care and it shows! We are currently seeking a Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation Services.


In this role, you will manage all of the in-house therapy day to day operations. Ideal candidates will possess the following but not limited to:

  • Manage a high volume caseload of all skilled patients
  • Experience with Rehab Optima (preferred)
  • Programming with ACP modalities (preferred)
  • Current PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP License in Illinois (required)
  • Experience in a post-acute setting dealing with complex diagnoses Management and staff development experience
  • Dedication to superior service and outcomes
