Position Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Analyst who is both technically skilled and strategically minded to join our team. This individual will own the Client Analytics scope, collaborating closely with our Client Success team and leveraging data analytics to enhance client success, identify and flag at-risk clients, and strategically elevate our external value communications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate senior-level proficiency using SQL and PowerBI, possess strong professional acumen, and confidently communicate complex insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Analytics & Client Monitoring:
- Develop, manage, and optimize sophisticated reports using SQL and PowerBI to track client engagement, utilization trends, and critical KPIs
- Proactively identify at-risk clients through rigorous data analysis, providing actionable, professional insights to empower strategic decision-making by the Client Success team
- Collaborate professionally and effectively with the Client Success team, providing senior-level technical expertise to support detailed client performance evaluations and retention strategies
Strategic Value Communication:
- Leverage analytical insights to professionally craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate the value and impact of First Stop Health to clients and the broader market
- Work strategically with Marketing and Sales teams to refine and enhance external messaging, ensuring alignment with data-driven insights and overarching strategic objectives
- Develop highly professional, persuasive, and data-supported reports and materials demonstrating the ROI and benefits of our services to clients
Client Analytics Scope Ownership & Management:
- Own and professionally manage the Client Analytics scope, driving prioritization based on business objectives and strategic needs
- Ensure projects are effectively scoped, professionally managed, and consistently delivered on time, providing clear, proactive, and professional updates on progress and roadblocks
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts, aligning resources and facilitating professional collaboration to achieve timely and high-quality outcomes
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical analytics role, business intelligence, client analytics, or similar positions
- Prior experience collaborating closely with client success, marketing, or sales teams is highly desirable
- Familiarity with healthcare data analytics or experience in a healthcare-related industry preferred
Skills:
- Senior-level proficiency in SQL and PowerBI, with proven experience developing sophisticated dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports.
