We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team and be part of something meaningful.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the production of hemp-based gummies and related products
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
• Measure, mix, and mold ingredients with attention to detail
• Perform quality checks and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Package finished products accurately and prepare for shipment
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines

Who You Are:

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a small team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Open to learning new skills and working in a regulated lab/food-grade environment
• Previous food, production, or lab experience is a plus—but not required
