We have an exciting opportunity for you to take the lead as our Operations Coordinator! If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you. As an essential part of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, optimizing warehouse processes, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient supply chain. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can anticipate operational needs, communicate effectively with vendors and team members, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. A Day in the Life of an Operations Coordinator:

  • Inventory Management: Count inventory daily and investigate variances, fill and manage out-of-stocks, and assign product locations while maintaining product sequencing.
  • Order Management: Place product orders from suppliers and provide backup support for the warehouse as needed.
  • Route Ordering: Effectively orders the next day’s route. 
  • Pallet Management: Build and dispatch pallets for the warehouse. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to enhance warehouse performance.
  • Maintain Safety Requirements (Gillette/OSHA/USDA/Dept of Ag) 


What does it take to be the Operations Coordinator?

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with industry or warehouse environment.
  • Demonstrates group or project leadership.
  • Basic - intermediate computer skills required.
  • Previous experience leading projects preferred.
