JOB SUMMARY: The Client Service Associate will provide administrative and operational support to our team of financial advisors, ensuring a smooth client experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, strong computer skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Client & Account Maintenance: Manage client data in Wealthbox CRM, ensuring accuracy, timely processing of client requests, and up-to-date compliance documentation.

· Client Onboarding: Assist with onboarding new clients by gathering documents, completing paperwork, and directly communicating with clients to ensure all necessary information is obtained.

· Administrative Support: Assist the team with daily tasks such as phone coverage, meeting preparation, filing, money movement, and delivering client reports and statements.

· Communication: Communicate with clients and their professional advisors regarding account updates, tax documents and planning data.

· Project Support: Help with various projects, including tax document organization, data reports, and compliance updates.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Problem Solving: Use available resources to resolve client issues efficiently and proactively seek opportunities to support the team.

· Task Ownership: Keep an organized list of tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate with the team on progress and new items.

· Willingness to Learn: Participate in training and education to stay current on industry knowledge and compliance requirements.

· Experience: 3+ years of financial services experience (preferably with Charles Schwab and/or an RIA firm)

· Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRMs

· Education (preferred): Bachelor’s degree

· Securities Licenses (preferred): Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65)
