Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in residential renovations and a proven ability to drive sales. This dual-role position is ideal for a visionary professional who excels at managing home renovation projects while building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents and their clients. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and close home improvement contracts that maximize return on investment (ROI) for clients.
At Curbio you will:
Project Management
- Oversee the successful execution of home renovation projects based on a defined scope of work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a designated market, with an average job size of $50,000 and a typical duration of 8 weeks.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Leverage a trusted network of contractors in the select city to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion and client satisfaction.
Sales and Client Development
- Generate and nurture relationships with real estate agents through inbound leads, focusing on clients who will benefit from pre-sale residential renovations.
- Consult with real estate agents to assess renovation needs and recommend tailored solutions that deliver strong ROI for their clients.
- Develop detailed professional proposals for agents and their clients, outlining project scope, timelines, costs, and expected outcomes.
- Negotiate and close home improvement contracts, ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations on residential renovations to maximize property value and appeal.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential home remodeling projects, including direct interaction with homeowners.
- Prior experience in a sales role or similar sales environment is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in residential renovations, such as flipping houses, working with real estate investors, or providing interior design services.
- Demonstrated ability to make data-driven renovation recommendations that enhance property value and ROI.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project details and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Must have an established and trusted network of contractors in the designated market.
- Willingness to travel locally within the market to meet with clients and oversee projects.
- This role is 100% field-based, requiring a proactive and self-motivated approach.
