Are you passionate about designing engaging, high-impact learning experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where agility and creativity drive success? Let’s talk!

Our Learning Design (LD) team creates meaningful learning experiences that empower educators and IT leaders to maximize our Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools.

We’re looking to find a passionate, outgoing team member who enjoys the agile course development process. As part of the Learning Design team, you’ll join the fun of crafting “just in time” micro-learning experiences on the technical implementation and usage of the ClassLink Suite.

What You’ll Achieve

In Your First 30, 60, 90 Days:

  • 30 Days: Get fully onboarded, dive into ClassLink’s learning design processes, and attend product sprint reviews to understand our solutions. Start collaborating on small projects and release an updated version of a Roster Server course.
  • 60 Days: Own your first course development project from start to finish, applying ClassLink’s learning standards and design style. Provide peer reviews for team members, release additional Roster Server course updates, and produce your first Help article video.
  • 90 Days: Manage multiple projects independently, balancing priorities and deadlines. Fully integrate into the team, contribute ideas for improving learning experiences, and release your first newly built course.

Beyond 90 Days:

  • 6 Months: Take full ownership of a course load, support in-product video content, contribute to Help Center articles, and mentor team members through peer reviews. Build relationships with product SMEs and release advanced Roster Server courses.
  • 12 Months: Identify content gaps in our curriculum and propose new learning solutions. Become a key voice for your product in company-wide discussions, driving improvements in learning experiences across ClassLink’s ecosystem.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Design and develop interactive, online learning experiences that simplify technical concepts for educators and IT leaders.
  • Create engaging courses featuring humor, simulations, high-quality videos, and interactive elements.
  • Leverage adult learning principles and multimedia best practices to build effective and user-friendly training content.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently in an agile development environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, influencing product development and ensuring training aligns with user needs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance our learning experiences and supporting documentation.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
