Job   Summary  

This position analyzes financial statements,   gathers data from third parties, and creates approval documents for approval   by Commercial Banking Officers, Credit Administration, and internal loan   committees. This position mentors Credit Administration teammates. This   position also assists with credit requests for the residential mortgage and   retail lending teams. This position will champion the overall processes and   functions of Credit Administration and directly support the SVP/CCO and   Special Asset Officer.


  

Job Responsibilities 

1. Analyze commercial credit requests (40%)

2. Maintain commercial loan portfolio (20%)

3. Underwrite consumer and residential mortgage requests (10%)

4. Develop credit team (10%)

5. Create loan packet and attend committees (10%)

6. Review real estate appraisals (5%)

7. Create Credit Department analytics and reporting (5%)

8. Other Duties as Assigned.
