Meyer's Bay RV, a rapidly growing RV dealership in Baltimore, Maryland, is dedicated to providing exceptional service and top-quality recreational vehicles to our customers.  We’re looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented RV Detail Associate to join our team and help us continue to exceed customer expectations. 

Position Overview:

As an RV Detail Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our inventory is clean, polished, and customer-ready. You'll be responsible for the detailing and cleaning of both new and pre-owned RVs, including interiors, exteriors, and general presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exterior Detailing: Wash, wax, and buff RV exteriors, including roofs, windows, and tires.
• Interior Cleaning: Vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean upholstery, and sanitize surfaces.
• Minor Repairs: Touch up small scratches, remove decals, and perform light cosmetic repairs.
• Staging & Presentation: Ensure RVs are professionally staged for display and customer viewings.
• Equipment Care: Maintain and properly use detailing tools and chemicals.
• Quality Control: Inspect RVs post-detailing to ensure they meet dealership standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in auto/RV detailing, car wash, or cleaning services preferred (but not required).
• Ability to operate pressure washers, buffers, and cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (preferred).
