Account Receivable Clerk
Description

RANDYS Worldwide, a leading manufacturing and distribution business in the automotive aftermarket, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Everett, WA Corporate Office. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting the AR team with administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are key qualifications for this role.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer main AR phone.
  • Process adjustments, refunds, and credit memos.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data – Tax software, issuing refund checks, processing Credit Cards, and releasing orders
  • Maintain shared email box for AR Team
  • Address customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account discrepancies in a professional manner.
  • Process Weekly invoice for specific customers.
  • Sending invoice copies per customer requests.
  • Process and mail monthly customer statements. 
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports to AR Manager
  • Promotes a positive work environment and contributes to a dynamic team focused work unit that actively helps one another to achieve optimal department and organizational results.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments and account balances
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, or similar role a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills with the capability to interact effectively with both internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
