 Join our dynamic team as a Healthcare Growth and Development Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strategic relationships with referring physicians and decision-makers in the Charlotte, NC market. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you'll leverage your expertise to:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies aimed at attracting personal injury clients, including digital ads, social media campaigns, email marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
  • In-Person Marketing & Relationship Building: Visit local law firms specializing in personal injury in Charlotte, NC to develop and maintain partnerships, coordinate events, and establish a strong network of referral sources.
  • Content Creation: Craft engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, newsletters, and our website to highlight the practice’s services, success stories, and patient testimonials.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Optimize our website for search engines to improve visibility and attract organic traffic from potential personal injury clients.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with local law firms, insurance companies, and other referral sources to establish partnerships that will increase patient volume.
  • Brand Management: Ensure a consistent and positive brand image across all marketing channels. Align all messaging with our mission of providing exceptional care to personal injury patients.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to refine and improve our marketing efforts.
  • Patient Engagement: Develop strategies for patient retention and encourage referrals through email campaigns, loyalty programs, and online reviews.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute community events, webinars, and in-person initiatives with law firms and other stakeholders to increase the practice’s local visibility and strengthen referral relationships.


Requirements

  

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, personal injury, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content for both digital and print media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the personal injury industry and healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with in-person marketing efforts and networking events.
