Facilities Manager
Description

 

Plan, direct and monitor the activities and operations of the Facilities Department.  This includes, grounds, maintenance, maintenance work order administration and execution, bank equipment maintenance, facility inspections, and facility construction/renovation.  Coordinates assigned activities with other branches, departments, and contractors.  Ensure timely payments of facility/maintenance related invoices, manages courier routes and courier workforce.


Requirements

5 plus years of Facility Maintenance Management experience is preferred
