We are looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Manager, Partnership Activation to join our Partnership Team in our Coral Gables office. As the Manager, Partnership Activation, you will report to the Director, Partnership Activation and lead the execution of partner activations, ensuring the successful delivery of all contractual sponsorship elements. You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, driving engagement and contributing to retention and renewal efforts. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to develop innovative activations that create value for both our partners and the club.
Your Key Responsabilities:
- Provide the highest level of service to all existing corporate partners.
- Gather, plan and execute all contractual elements for each corporate partner.
- Proof all collateral material featuring the Club’s logo for correct usage, i.e., sponsor artwork, radio copy, public address script, logos, print, web, and other relevant items needed to execute the agreement.
- Review matchday scripts, rundowns, etc., to ensure accurate sponsorship recognition.
- Ensure that all digital and social media entitlements are met.
- Deliver ongoing creative marketing and activation recommendations for current partners including retail activation, in-stadium promotions, special events and community outreach ideas.
- Lead the development of promotional, big-idea creative concepts and creative executions.
- Participate in cross functional department meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Create an annual Partner Planning Strategy to align with Inter Miami objectives. This will include the development of creative activation programs and co-branded marketing opportunities.
- Maintain proper benchmarks and tracking of Partner asset inventory.
- Produce partner recaps.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3-5 years of extensive and proven integrated marketing experience with demonstrated success in the media, sport sponsorship or entertainment fields.
- Experience in the Florida marketplace preferred but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of MLS and international fútbol a plus.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interactions with clients, operational leaders and other senior executives.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges.
- Extremely organized with a high attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic – must be a team player with a “get the job done” attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
- Knowledge of marketing, promotions, event planning and game production preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
