Billing Coordinator

As a Billing Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of our accounting team, ensuring that carrier invoices and load documentation are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with our Billing Specialist, you’ll help maintain financial accuracy while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our team.

What you'll be doing:

• Reviewing and filing carrier invoices, proof of delivery paperwork, and any other load accessorials 
• Keeping our records spotless by verifying and organizing incoming emails, ensuring all necessary documents, including correct factoring company details and receipts, are on file
• Assisting the accounting team by answering incoming calls, providing updates on payment status and rate verifications with professionalism and clarity 
• Other duties as needed
