Description

 

The Attachment Rate Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing revenue by identifying and selling additional services beyond the initial scope of work. This role focuses on educating customers on value-added services, upselling enhancements, and improving overall project profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Attachment Rate: Identify opportunities to increase service add-ons, such as contents cleaning, reconstruction upgrades, or specialized mitigation services.
     
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients to explain the benefits of additional services.
     
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, including offering bundled service packages.
     
  • Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with estimators, project managers, and field teams to identify potential upsell opportunities.
     
  • Track & Report Performance: Monitor attachment rate metrics and provide reports to management on conversion rates and revenue impact.
     
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, insurance requirements, and new service offerings to better advise clients.
Requirements

 

  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in restoration, construction, insurance, or related fields.
     
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
     
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
     
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with restoration processes, Xactimate, and insurance claims is a plus.
     
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple client interactions.
