What You Bring:

  • Education:   Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 
  • Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, experience in healthcare preferred.  BCBA recruitment a plus.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting, to build a strong talent pipeline.  
  • Creativity: Creative, out-of-the-box thinker who thrives on discovering and implementing new recruitment strategies to attract top talent and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel to recruitment events primarily within North Carolina. 
  • Relationship Builder: Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience from application to hire. 
  • Tech Savvy: Skilled in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), digital platforms, social media and proficient with MS Office. 
  • Team Player: Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment, both remotely and on-site, while maintaining focus and attention to detail. 
  • Proactive and Positive: A driven, assertive attitude with a passion for learning and evolving your recruiting methods. 
  • Strong Communication Skills: Comfortably engaging with candidates through written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
